8.10 – stát se 'to become'

You might want to become something in the future, and so the verb you’ll need it stát se ‘to become’.

The thing or profession you become will be in the instrumental case. Why? Well, there’s probably not a really compelling reason to be honest and this is just one of those things you need to memorize.
