In addition to perfective verbs sníst ‘to eat (up)’ and vypít ‘to drink (down)’, there are perfectives that just mean ‘to have

These forms are especially used in sequences of events when you want to stress that an event was completed, i.e. eating or drinking some typical amount and then you are done.

Usually I wake up at 7, brush my teeth, have breakfast, and then go to work.
